Plants are living products, and their success can depend on many factors such as weather, watering, sunlight, soil conditions, planting timing, and ongoing care once they leave the greenhouse. Because of this, we’re unable to guarantee plants after purchase.
That said, we genuinely want our customers to have a positive growing experience. If you’re having trouble with a plant, we encourage you to contact us or visit with photos and details. Our team will always do our best to offer guidance, troubleshoot the issue, and help you get back on track.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with a non-living product, please contact us or visit in-store with your receipt, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Because plants are living products and their health can be affected by care, weather, and growing conditions once they leave the greenhouse, all plant sales are final.
If you have any concerns about a plant purchase, we’re always happy to offer care advice and help troubleshoot any issues.
We want every customer to leave happy with their purchase. Exchanges may be available for select non-living products when accompanied by a receipt and requested within a reasonable timeframe. Please speak with our team in-store for assistance.
Because plants are living products and their condition can quickly change based on weather, transport, watering, and care after purchase, plants are not eligible for exchange.
